INVESTINSPAIN provides a comprehensive range of property management service and rental solutions to owners in and around Marbella in order that you can sleep easily knowing that your property is cared for, secure and effectively managed. These services are exclusively for our INVESTINSPAIN customers, who have purchased their property through us. This allows us to guarantee the quality of this service at all times.
Basic Property Management
Included in our fee:
- Key holding
- Check the property once a month and also after exceptional weather conditions
- Inspect all windows, doors and alarms (if present)
- Flush all toilets, run all taps and showers
- Check for and signs of damp and mould
- Air the property
- Check all lights are in full working order
- Weekly water interior and balcony plants (garden maintenance is available at additional cost)
- Emergency call out and repairs (cost of actual repair is additional)
- Check pool and garden area (if applicable)
- Advise regarding any repairs that may be necessary
- Monthly reports and photos sent to your email address
Laundry
- Collection, laundry and delivery of bedding and towels.
Cleaning
- Departure Clean – comprehensive cleaning of all rooms and terraces, airing of property, bedding and towels changed and washed ready for new arrivals, thorough checking that all domestic appliances and electrical equipment are in working order and plants watered (if applicable)
- Mid-week Clean – if required during the owners’ or guests’ stay will include cleaning, removing dust, washing and drying dishes, changing sheets, changing towels,…
Furniture Packages
- Organise the complete furnishing of your property through our very own company in Belgium, with 4 showrooms
- Logistics to get your furniture in your new property
